Pastoring the Pastor was a vision given to Pastor Natoshia. Being new to the Pastorate, Pastor Natoshia Mayer wanted to ensure that she was well equipped to shepherd God’s flock. Pastoring the Pastor is an annual conference hosted by Pastors Natoshia and Jonathan Mayer. This conference serves new and seasoned Pastors, equipping them to be the best leaders they can be and to effectively shepherd their God-given flock.
